IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the Fazio Real Estate Solutions, LLC (“Fazio RES,” “we,” “us,” “our”) SMS/text messaging program (the “Program”).
By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description (Message Types)
If you opt in, we may send you transactional and marketing messages related to our real estate services, including but not limited to:
property inquiries and evaluation questions
appointment scheduling and reminders
follow-up messages about buying/selling a property
marketing communications about our services, promotions, or updates
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
2. Consent; Automated Technology; Not a Condition of Purchase
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Fazio RES at the number you provide. Messages may be sent using an autodialer or other automated technology.

If you want to rejoin, you may opt in again through the same method you originally used or reply START (if applicable).
