To show our thanks, we strive to donate a portion of the revenue generated from certain real estate transactions to accredited charities like Homless Veterans Services of Dallas, DFW Canines for Veterans, as well as USO, The Wounded Warrior Project, and more when able. Additionally, we seek to help our local communities as well by donating to local charities that help families combat homelessness, escape abuse, and overcome addictions. This is another way we seek to better the lives of each and every American we can.

About the Fazio's
Niccolo and Stephanie both come from careers focused on identifying the needs of people, providing them with the solutions they were seeking, and bettering their overall experience.
Niccolo has spent years in the hospitality industry & is a Texas Realtor, while Stephanie is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Dallas, Texas with Live Your Best Life Counseling, PLLC.
We are located in Plano, Texas... Yes, we are 100% local! Why is that important? It means we know the area. This assures you get accurate information on each deal!

Our primary goal is to provide real practical solutions we can act on. We have no problem directing potential home sellers that come to use who need to sell their house fast in the DFW Metroplex (Dallas, Texas | Fort Worth, Texas), to another source if we feel that would better serve them. We would like to think we are not the typical "I Buy Houses in Dallas, Texas" company. We are a small, family-owned company with homegrown, family values.
